I mostly lease and own, but it depends on:

Price of lease (need to be affordable)
Type of plane (I don't need ATRs after the first year of the game)
Length of lease (99 months and thereover, or i won't bother leasing. Unless it is for a quick expansion until my ordered planes can replace them)
Where i am located. If i'm operating out of Dar-Es-Salaam, i'm 10x more likely to lease than if i'm operating out of Atlanta.
