Title: Internatoinal route bug

I look at LGA and see that there are flights from Europe coming in, and in reallife this cant happen because LGA isn't an international airport.Its too small and there is no customs on the field.

We can fix this, as long as someone can manually validate every airport in the database, with regard to what runways are used for what, customs on field etc.
