Hi all, been a while since I've been here.

Just wonder when the next public 'full world' will become available?

Wow. You've REALLY been gone a while. ;)

Public worlds are randomly generated. Who knows what the next world will be.

All that I can tell you is that each new public world opens up when the most recent one is at ~80% capacity.
the format however is random as far as I know.
