Title: DUB , DUS , MXP or MAN ?

I want another European Hub for my airlines , Im thinking of DUB ,MAN ,DUS or MXP.
I like the idea of DUB (Good for TATL flying, complementing PHL as my TATL hub with domestic feed) , but I like more DUS , why? I really dont know LOL !! Perhaps the location ?
MXP ? Im thinking like a real life airlines , and whats the purpose of having MXP ?
MAN is a good hub , it can be my english gateway.
Neither of these have competition , so , what you think?

best is MXP, second is DUS. DUB and MAN are isolated. In Europe is best way aiport in Central Europe.
