Title: negative hours on leased a/c

I do believe the picture explains it all, lol. I don't know why is shows negative hours, doesn't really bother me, but it is a bug.

This has happened before (such as here (http://stephenm.org/smfforum/index.php?topic=10733.0)). I think the developers were already aware of this cropping up.
