Title: [FIXED] Can not create a Base

Hey,
I have 5 Gates in Tel Aviv, flights from CGN and TXL to TLV and Cash: € 69,188,125.
Why can´t I open a Base in Tel Aviv?

TLV is in Middle East while you are based in Europe.

Base could only be opened within the same region. (Plz see other posts before you post... plz *begging*)

This is NOT a bug.
