I am currently unable to create new routes in public world 1154.
The airline code is B99.
I deleted some existing routes on one plane and freed up some time. When I attempted to create new routes, no airplane shows up in "aircraft available" page and thus I am unable to create any new routes.
Any help to over come this problem would be much appreciated.

What route are you trying to create, and what are airplane are you trying to use? It may be that your airplane does not have enough hours to do a 0.5 frequency flight, or that it already has two 0.5 freq. flights from the same airport and doesn't have enough time to do a 1 frequency flight.
Another thing to check is if you have an open slot at both the destination, and the hub airport. This couldn't be the whole problem though (it would still show the aircraft in the list).

You may still not have enough time. Try recreating the old routes or something shorter.

The aircraft is a Fokker F28 Fellowship 2000. It has 14:49 unused hours. I have sufficient slots at both airports. I have tried multiple combinations ranging from 700nm to 50nm. I am still unable to create a route.

Where are you trying to fly from and to? I see from your account that the aircraft is based in Paris. If you were hoping to fly from Brussels for example, you need to have an airport that the plane flies to from both Brussels and Paris, or put a route on between Brussels and Paris. So in your case, a route from Brussels to Vienna, Malpensa, Stansted or Charleroi will allow you to then fly anywhere from Brussels.
