Following the arrival of the two ATR-72-200s, EasyJet has established a 2nd base in Scotland's largest city Glasgow. We have based one of the two ATRs at Glasgow and will also base the BAe ATP there when it arrives.
We operate from Glasgow to:

This month EasyJet recieved a BAe ATP that doubled the Glasgow based fleet to 2 and also increased the number of routes we serve from Glasgow to 12 with new flights to:
Bristol
London/Luton
London/Stansted
Lyon
Berlin
Due to the positive results we have gotten from the ATP, we placed an order for 3 more aircraft that will be split with 1 each going to Glasgow and London/Gatwick and the 3rd will be used to open a 3rd base at London/Stansted.
The Glsgow based aircraft we be used to start services from Glasgow to Madrid, Milan, Rome, Zurich and Munich. This is estimated to bring our market share to increase to around 90% of the operations from Glasgow.
The London/Gatwick based aircraft will be used to start new routes to Spain, Portugal and Scandinavia. We currently operate 22 routes from London/Gatwick and with the addition of the fourth based aircraft, will significantly boost our operations at the airport.
We have decided to open a new base due to the very good profits we have made on the Glasgow-Stansted flight. Also we feel this will help us to become a more prominent airline in europe by allowing us to expand from 3 different airports. We will continue to aggressively expand our operations however it is not sure whether we will consolidate on these 3 bases or continue to expand the number of bases. if the former does happen, our next base will become our first continental europe base.
Currently we have a DOC of 2million and carry around 7400 passengers a day meaning that we are estimating around 2.13million passengers will travel with us this year. We are the 7th largest airline in europe in terms of value and we are the 8th largest airline WORLDWIDE in terms of daily passengers.

With the delivery of the 3 BAe ATP aircraft, 1 was based at London/Gatwick which has enabled us to open up new routes to:
Paris/Orly
Barcelona
Hamburg
Cologne
Vienna
We currently have 69.8% market share at London/Gatwick with the 27 routes we operate from the airport. With the addition of the 737-300 this market share will only increase further.
London/Stansted
We have officially opened our 3rd Base at London's Stansted Airport. Currently we have 1 BAe ATP based there operating flights to:
Aberdeen
Amsterdam
Belfast
Brussels
Edinburgh
Leeds/Bradford

With these 11 routes we have a 60% market share and we are looking to base more aircraft very soon.
We have based a 3rd aircraft at Glasgow which is operating 3 new routes to:
Madrid
Milan
Zurich
This has increased our market share to 80% at Glasgow, the next routes we plan to operate from Glasgow will be to routes to Holiday destinations to Spain and Portugal.
