Title: PW#1061 - Alliance Base Bug

Hi,

Think I've seen this come up before.

In Private World #1061, Auckland is not showing up as an Alliance Base for Wings Alliance, even though a member airline (Tasman Pacific Airways Corporation) is based there.  Could someone look into this when they get the chance?
