Title: Newer UN Thread
Post by: pck on November 10, 2009, 12:41:47 pm
And welcome to the Newer UN Thread (continued from New UN Thread and the UN Thread)! Basically, all you do is choose a existing country and then you roleplay it anyway you want to. You can declare war on other "registered" countries, build mega skyscrapers, screw the nation up, etc. Example, the New UN Thread (http://stephenm.org/smfforum/index.php?topic=4947.0).
Let's hope this works, and doesn't fail miserably...
I, Mark, shall be Malaysia! (http://farm1.static.flickr.com/86/231823932_8277e9e239.jpg)

Malaysia announces that every Thursday will be Blame Philippines Day (Hari Menyalahkan Filipina), where whatever happened bad within the last week will be publicly announced throughout Malaysia that it was the Philippines' fault :D
(Only roleplaying... don't get offended, Filipinos)

Ouch! The Philippines has banned Malaysia's flag carrier, Malaysia Airlines, into entering the country. If any MAS aircraft will be caught flying around the country's airspace, they will be shot down by Philippine Air Force Eurofighter Typhoon fighter jets. We will also prosecute Malaysians in the country as we consider them as spies. And also, Products that are manufactured in Malaysia will be confiscated and burned with the Malaysian Flag! :D
well, it's payback time! But don't get offended Malaysians...

Malaysia is highly offended. Malaysia will ban all filipino civil and military aircraft entering Malaysian aerospace, and will be shot down at sight. So will boats. Also, Malaysia is decapitalizing the word "the philippines" and similair words. And, Malaysia will have an embargo against the philippines.
Once again... its just a game :D

Today, The Philippine Government has seized an Air Asia plane after illegally landing in CRK. The Philippine National Police arrested the flight and cabin crew, who were all Malaysian. Air Asia is a Malaysian-owned airline, which the country prohibits. The aircraft will be broken up in front of National TV. We have also stopped using the word Malaysia and we will start calling them "That country near Singapore." The Government has also prohibited travel agents to sell holiday packages for Malaysia, and the Philippines' flag carrier, Philippine Airlines has stopped all routes to Malaysia.
:D

Malaysia has ignored all threats of the philippines and regards it as terra icognita, that is sadly ruled by a backwards dictator.
Title: Re: Newer UN Thread
Post by: jetrc on November 13, 2009, 03:05:20 pm
Well, The Philippines is a free and democratic country where people could do anything they want. They could even protest to the government without being arrested (as long as they aren't from that country near Singapore.) We have also strengthened our ties with other countries (that country near Singapore is excluded.)
Well, you started it...

Malaysia is laughing at terra icognita's dream. It's far from free and democratic. It's just another Zimbabwe.

Because we are a green country, we are not interested in making nukes, instead we have invested in Solar Power and other energy alternatives. We have also condemned the acts of Singapore, as we thought they were a nice Country. From now on we will call Singapore, "That Tiny Country Near Malaysia." We have also suddenly seized a Singapore Airlines 777 and have arrested its so-called Award-Winning Singapore Girls. We have now made them slaves for People living in the Philippines. :D
And as for Canada, we condemn their childish statement and we will now call them, "That French Colony just outside Chicago." :D

Philippine Airlines, the country's flag carrier, would like to acquire a 49% stake in Malaysia Airlines, Malaysia's flag carrier. This is to strengthen our diplomatic relations with Malaysia. The Philippines is also building a newer, larger airport to cater its expanding growth.

The Malaysian Government has rejected the deal, and sent an apology. However, demand for routes between Malaysia and the Philippines have obviously rose a lot, and Malaysia Airlines will be increasing flights to Manila and Cebu City by 7 flights weekly and 5 flights weekly, respectively.

Canada sends Celine Dion on a tour to Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines. Canada will refer to Singapore as "Where?", Malaysias as "Banana Republic" and Philippines as "Bunch of islands in the middle of nowhere"

When Celine Dion arrived on a chartered Air Canada flight to MNL, the Philippine government immediately arrested her and her security protocol. Her concert will be cancelled and she might be deported, not back to that French colony outside Chicago, but to the Sahara Desert, where she will be exiled in a small shack in the middle of the desert. As a result of this, her tour to Malaysia and That tiny country near Malaysia is permanently cancelled. :D

You mean "that tiny country near Malaysia"? :p
Malaysia praises the Philippines for such actions. Malaysia has sent troops to Sahara Desert in case "that block of ice" sends rescue to Dion.

Oops! Typo! It's supposed to be "that Tiny Country near Malaysia." As for Celine Dion's status, she has now been flown to Johannesburg on a Antonov An-225 cargo plane carrying a huge block of ice. When she arrives at Johannesburg, she will be taken on a truck loaded with cattle to the middle of the Sahara Desert, where a roving patrol of hired goons are guarding her 24/7. The Malaysian and Philippine government are making sure that she will not be rescued and that we will kill anyone who rescues her. :D

Title: Re: Newer UN Thread
Post by: jetrc on November 14, 2009, 01:07:26 pm
UPDATE:
Unfortunately, while the plane was cruising at 35,000 feet, the cargo door suddenly failed and separated from the aircraft. And because Dion was not wearing her seatbelt, she was blown off the aircraft somewhere near the Mallaca Straits in Malaysia. Fortunately, the block of ice was still intact and was successfully delivered in Johannesburg. The Malaysian government didn't bother to search for her as they immediately pronounced her dead. The French Colony is now mourning the loss of an icon, and Dion's family has actually sued their government, saying that it was THEIR fault. The Philippines did not make a statement about this because they think "it's a utterly useless issue and that people should just forget about this."
just to clarify, celine dion's not dead, this is just a role play :D

Malaysia, in respect of the alliance, will join the Philippines' side of the war. The Philippines, has hacked their Habibi Cruiser's GPS system and have set them off course into rocky outcrops. As of now, their battleships have run aground and are slowly sinking while hired rebels in High-Speed powerboats shoot the cruisers with RPGs. We have also launched a surprise attack on Jakarta, using car bombs. We have also shot down a Garuda Indonesia A330 that was flying over Philippine aerospace.

Singapore has decided to scrap its Nukes, by scrap we mean launch them at North Korea (That Communist War Hungry Place In Asia) We are now investing our money and time to become the greenest nation of all. All new buildings will be required to have green roofs and solar panels. Our rapid transit system is to go green by running hybrid and electric buses and cleaner trains! But due to the Philippines' lack of a Air Force that can take on Indonesia's F-22s, they bombed every airport in the philippines, and again bribed the rebels which killed every philippine army soldier in palawan, and then indonesia's Tu-160s bombed the rebel's base, so there is no more resistance to Indonesia's occupation of Palawan. meanwhile, Indonesia has no intention of invading or entering Singapore terrirory, because it is not worth the trouble as it is sooo small.
Indonesia sends the Special Forces to free the President and its High Comission which are currently held hostage. No offence to singaporeans.

We have secretly launched two missiles that hit the capital of Indonesia, Jakarta. As we speak, Jakarta is now devastated. Also, our Eurofighters are much more superior than their F-22s as Indonesia F-22s lost and were destroyed in a battle between our Eurofighters. Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines has retrieved the whole Palawan, after bribing the Abu Sayyaf to come with them. Also, all three countries above has attacked Indonesia which has killed almost 80% of Indonesia's army. Indonesia better surrender, or we will put Indonesia out of the map.

The countries mentioned above used military aircraft, navy ships, and even the Presidential Airbus A380 of the Philippines. Meanwhile, Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines' armies are now standing by, awaiting orders to attack. Today, Filipino Troops have invaded Bali and Jakarta, engaging in a ferocious war between the Indonesian Army and the Philippine Army, Our troops landed in the Beaches of Bali, with Challenger Tanks, Defenders (manufactured by Land Rover), and Eurofighters storming across the Indonesian skies, shooting down every Indonesian fighter jet that gets in its way. All civilians have been evacuated and have been transported to Penang in Malaysia, and some to Singapore. It has been confirmed that the Indonesian President has fled Indonesia in a private Lear-Jet with his girlfriends and his security protocol. The Singaporean, Malaysian, and Filipino Air Force are tracking down the aircraft, and will be sending their own fighter-jets to destroy the jet. Indonesia, prepared to be erased from the map.

In suit with Malaysia, Canadians that are residing in the Philippines will have to give up their Canadian citizenship, and revert to Filipino citizenship. If any Canadian will not give up their citizenship, they will be imprisoned, and deported/exiled to the Sahara Desert, where their icon (Celine Dion) was supposed to be exiled there. Also, Air Canada flights to MNL will have to pay a larger landing fee (use of airbridges not included in the fee) compared to other airlines. They will also have to provide their own ground service. The Canadian Embassy has also been evicted from their present building, and they will have to set up office in a small shantie beside the Pasig River.

Mark you didn't inform me of such UN thingy!! I see also Area51, it's been a long time!!
Anyway I was thinking to play ASEAN but if i need to choose a country i'll go for Italy!!! >:(
Amid the current situation in the ASEAN region Rome has issued a statement to its citizen and the citizen of the EU to be extremely cautious when travelling to that region. Italy is not lifting the ban on Indonesian carriers to fly to Italy and so does the EU. Malaysia airlines flight have been put under strict security protocols that now passenger are advised to check in 2 days before their flight! Security mesures are a standard in all EU airports where MAS flies to. As for PAL since they abbandoned Europe several years ago, their operating certificate will not be renewed. Singapore Airlines has been granted extended 5th freedom rights. Now they can sell tickets for flights between Milan and Barcelona. The defense minister has also sent a note to the EU parliament in Strasbourg to ban the selling of Eurofighters to the Philippines, and questions the institution on how such a poor country was able to buy such expensieve fighter planes. ASEAN and EU free trade area talks have been suspended. Andrea Boccelli condems Malaysia and Philippines on how they treated her friend Celine. Charice Pempengco's tour in Europe has been boycoted as a sign of protest. and finally we invite the French Colony outside chicago to melt their blocks of Ice so sea level will rise and therefore submerge the Island nations.

The Philippines is angered at what Italy is doing. We have now captured all Italians living in the Philippines and we have now drowned them in the Pacific Ocean. And because we have been banned to buy Eurofighters, we have ordered more modern Lockheed Martin F-22 Superfighters which are better than Eurofighters. And the ASEAN has banned Asian utility companies to sell important products to Italy. We have also burned Italian cars and have banned selling or importing Italian products to the country. If caught, the products will be seized and burned with Italy's national flag. Italy does not know that the Philippines is a rich, industrial country, and we are now calling them, "the country that can't do anything right."

Italy is not worried about Philippines seizing Italian products coz 1. they are probably cheap copy cats from China and 2. if they are indeed true then they don't know what they are missing!!! Go burn an expensieve Gucci bag and see how filipinas will react! The italian Govt has reports that Philippine's most influential people have ferraris in their garage!! And welcomes the philippines for shooting a boomerang!! We always have thought that our Pm was the shortest but we've recently discovered that her acciedency madam gloria aroyo is indeed shorter!! REports from our foreing ministry tells that there were only 212 italians in the philippines while there is a large sum of filipinos in italy. We would like to invite the Phils to stop their retaliation against italians or it won't be a merry christmas for it's citizen in the country. And if the country won't stop then we're obliged to bring the case to the EU council and EU members will definately take actions. We can only imagine the damage to Philippine's economy if OFWs stopped remiting money..... We are also pretty sure that Canada will follow our steps.

Singapore condemns the Philippines' destruction of a nationality. We find this to be extremely Hitler-esque and should be punished for it! Burning a country's flag is extremely disrespectful, and you should be hated for it.

Actually, there are only a few Filipinos in Italy. Most of Filipino OFWs are in the friendlier Gulf Region. And By The way, We didn't start the fight so why withdraw from it? And Italy's PM is immoral, dumping his own wife for younger Italian starlets and making them nude for him. Also, we are now offering influential people in the Philippines to dump their Ferraris and Lamborghinis, and replacing them with Veyrons, Aston Martins, Audis and all other exotic car brands that AREN'T italian.
Hey Tommy, i thought you were on my side! I was just kidding about the burning of a national flag!

We also condem the killing of italian citizen in the pacific....we're thinking of stripping diplomatic immunity to the philippine's govt. staff in italy. Also the pope is really concerned about the situation in the predominatly chatolic country in Asia.

Also, Philippine Airlines now flies daily non-stop to Milan. We are using a brand-new Boeing 777-300ER for this route.
