I'm having a problem closing a route on an aircraft

When I try to close a route, it says,

Route closure not allowed.
Existing route is the only connection between two or more other routes flown by this plane.

But this aircraft is only used in one hub!

This is public world 799, I'm airline 1819 and the aircraft is 21131.
