Title: [Done] View Gates - View Only Focus Cities

Please create a view to see only Focus Cities. That page is the most convenient way to rent additional gates at your focus cities. However, when you own a lot of gates, the page takes forever to load.

Also create a default view drop-down menu with the three choices (All Gates, By Continent, Focus Cities).

Could this be extended to all gates under/over X% usage or with free/not with free slots?

Fixed the first bug. (It may have overwritten page preferences for the view airport page)
