Welcome to the Application/Information Page of the WorldAir Alliance
Updates-
JAN. 2011 - THE WORLD HAS ENDED. WORLDAIR ALLIANCE BY JAPANAIR IS NOW TEMPORARILY SHUT DOWN UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. I WILL SEE IF I CAN TRY TO PLAY THIS GAME AGAIN IN THE FUTURE AND RESTART THIS ALLIANCE. UNTIL THEN, GOODBYE FOR NOW!
Our goals:
- To be a very strong/large alliance
- Reduce the amount of competition within the alliance
- Receive many airlines across the globe
- To provide services to member airlines, such as discounted selling/leasing on aircraft, and alliance routing
Basic Rules:
- Try to reduce as much competition with the other alliance members
- Members who want to use alliance routes must ask the 'owner' of the hub
- Members who create the hub have the right to say 'no' to alliance routes within their hubs
- Members using alliance routes shouldn't enter a lower price than the member who created the hub
- Try to have no clashes between bases. The bases that are listed on your application are the bases you stick with unless you negotiate with me for changes
- You will not create unnecessary alliance routes
- When creating alliance routes, you must not own a larger market share than the member who owns the base
- Do not vote when you don't have the consent of the alliance leader. You can either ask for permission of just don't vote.
- Oh, and no spam please, that's how the last WorldAir collapsed and I don't want it to happen again
Anyone who doesn't follow any one of these rules will receive consequences. For alliance route rules, if you break them, you will receive a first warning which means we will keep a close eye on you. If it happens again, you will receive a second warning, which will prevent you from creating new alliance routes/other priveliges. If you break that rule, you will receive the most serious consequence, which is either suspension, or maybe ban, depending on the severity.

-Your application must include all the required info I need, or it can be rejected
-If rejected, no worries, you can try again some other time...
-Airlines under the value cap will not be accepted under any circumstances

Value caps will prevent smaller airlines from joining depending on whether the airline is above or below the value cap. ANY airline below the value cap will be rejected.

aprox. €250,000,000 to €375,000,000 value and up, depending on bases.

The WorldAir Alliance welcomes its 6th member, Reyes Airlines!

Congrats to our 7th member, and very first African airline (and only), Central Air Africa!
Because of our new member, we have risen to the largest (restricted membership) airline alliance in World 1609!
Applications are still welcome! However, the one and only African airline slot has been filled, making the continent full. This means no more African airline applications will be accepted by the WorldAir Alliance.
Also, applicants wishing to apply through PMs may send their application forms to Coastal this week (August 23rd - August 26) as I am away for those days. Thanks!

The Worldair Alliance is still looking for more members in W1609. We are still missing members from all continents around the world except Africa. If interested, apply now while slots are still open! Remember, the earlier you apply, the better chance you will be accepted into the alliance (criteria strengthened every time a new member joins).
Apply using the appliction form in the first post, and either Pm me here, in-game, or at our forums at worldair.freeforums.org. You can also PM Coastal Air, or post here.
