Title: who should I stress my concern to?

specially when i cant contact the world's owner through game, he's not responding to my message in forum, and there's obviously a guy cheating by using multiple accounts and rent planes to their own company? :roll:

For cheating, simply email staff. There is nothing a private world owner could do about it, except email us. They could only reset airlines in their worlds.
