Title: [General Enquiry] Game clock pushed back

Hi everyone,

I've noticed that the game clock has been pushed back for 2 hours, as well as the server was not responsive during 17:XX-18:XX GMT+8 (09:XX-10:XX GMT+0).

I wonder if the server malfunctioning caused the push back.

The game was down for a bit and so yes, that is what happened.
