Title: [Fixed] World not letting me access though I own it

I created this world
PW#753. This Small World in NA

But every time I try to access it by clicking enter world, it requires me to register my airline which I do but it doesnt let me select the start airport. Nothing shows up in the list. So I hit the register button and it just reload the registration page but it has this at the top,

Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /var/www/vhosts/airlinemogul.com/httpdocs/airlinemogul/register_airline.php on line 280

Then in the base airport slot it list all the airport in the world though I only made it North America. I refill it all out and click register and it brings me back to select world. Click enter world and then it asks to register again.

I am afraid that this would have to wait until our developers get online. We will let you know when this is fixed, and depending on the situation, we might adjust the configuration of the world for you. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello,

We have had a long standing bug whereby all North American worlds do not get their airports added when the world is created. We instead have to do this manually, which I have done for you.

I am experiencing the same issue... I get this:

PW#752. Siodonia   is the world in question.  North American airports do not load, can not select a base, no ability to move beyond airline registration.
