Title: Closing home base?

Hello,

I don't know if this is the right place for this, but I'll post it here.

I had a home base in Dubai and focus cities in Zurich, Newark and Dallas Fort Worth. I wanted to open up a new base in Xi'an, China. But the game rules only allowed for one domestic base and 3 foreign bases. So I decided to close the domestic base to open up a fourth foreign base in China.

However, if I want to rent a gate (somewhere in the world, doens't matter where), I get this "Select starting base" and a dropdown list featuring only airports in the Middle East.

Now I'm stuck and don't know what to do? Was I wrong in closing my original base? Can I do something so I can rent gates again?

I think that you can only choose airports in the Middle East because that is where your 'home' is- you chose your 'home' part of the world when you chose to make Dubai your first base.

Two things you could do.

1. Use OCP instead of the rent button to bypass the "select starting base" list
2. Recreate a base somewhere within Middle east area
