i was wondering wats the process to reset the account in a public world and a private world... and i have read some posts which said to send an email to stephenm but i was wondering if you just need to say that you want a reset, and it will be done, or will it be done onli if u r badly in debt..

you can ask for a reset whenever you want. The admins will be more than happy

For public, email :staff: . If you email Stephen, it would probably get lost in the pile of fan letters he gets everyday :P
All you need to say is the reset, and which world if you are in more than one. If you are not emailing us from your registeres email address, please provide us with your airline id (a number you can find in your admin page) and your username for verification. Ofc, if you send us chocolate coupons, we could probably look the other way :lol:
For private, PM the private world owner through the World Info page. If the owner is inactive, email us.
We don't need to know the reason of the reset, unless you want to change to another world. We do perform checks randomly to spot violation of game rules.

We do not charge tokens for resets, although if you want to pay us, it would be appreciated :P
If you want to change your world though, there would be a charge in most cases.

is it possible to close an account in a world if we no longer want to play it?

It is, although the tokens would not be refunded.
