Suggestions / Select more countries when creating a world

I like the fact that you can select individual countries upon creating a world. However, sometimes you want two or three countries in your world but not the whole continent. Therefor my suggestion is the radio buttons are to be replaced by checkboxes so you can select multiple countries.

Also the list of countries needs to be expanded in my opinion. Currently the choice is limited to some large countries, I would like to have more choices.

I just started a new world wich I'd like to have a bit crowded, so if you think you like it please join. No password is needed.

30 years (starts in 1980), max 1000 players, starting aircraft 1x Tupolev Tu-154B, starting cash € 800.000, focus cities 1 (0 foreign), Europe only.

Right now, you can only choose wether you want to include the business jets in your world or not. I'm thinking this feature could be expanded. Maybe with checkmarks so you can check and uncheck aircraft as you please. So that way you can exclude aircraft from the game that you do not want to exist. This can vary from one or two types that are not available to worlds where only one type of aircraft is available.

Game Data / Duplicate airport entry

I just found out that one airport is noted twice in the database. ETUL Weeze and EDLV Niederrhein are actually the same airport, only ETUL is the old code from the times when it was still a military base. The military base is closed and right now the airport is in use as a civil airport with icao-code EDLV. So I think ETUL should be removed from the database.

Game Data / correct format for latitude/longitude

When I try to make a request for an airport on http://www.airlinemogul.com/airlinemogul/submit_airport.php I always get an error about the latitude/longitude. It says it's not in the correct format. Now my question is, what is the correct format? I've tried several formats, but none of them seem to work. If I enter those formats in Google Earth for example, it works with no problem. But Airline Mogul doesnt take it.

Bugs / Close all routes

I just figured out that when you are on the aircraft summary page and you click "Close all routes" the aircraft cycles and airframe hours are being reset to 0. The value of the aircraft is not being reset, but it looks like it has never flown. When you close the routes manually one by one the cycles and airframe hours are not being reset.
