The actual name it's bad :

TGZ     MMTG     Torreón International Airport

the correct is:

TGZ     MMTG     Tuxtla Gutierrez Airport or Angel Albino Corzo Airport

The reason is that all data except for the codes is the one for Torreon. The link to the airport is even given to you in the email.

You have admitted that you can't find a source for the pax for TGZ/MMTG, and I have told you that wiki is not acceptable. I have also told you that we will be looking for the pax data, but the issue being is that the airport doesn't even have a website.

Ah great...

The links have been deleted and put on file somewhere else.

The issue with that pax figure is that it is the Master Plan figure. They have planned on having 1 million passengars in stage one of the airport development. They have not said whether they have achieved it. Normally speaking, a Master Plan goes anywhere from 20 to 50 years, with each stage having a minimum length of 4 to 5 years. It is therefore reasonable to think that the 1 mil pax has not been achieved.
