They have a good game but an awful customer service.  :lol:

Well the MO's are directed that every case should be answered within 24 hours via email. If the work isn't done I think step in and do it myself. Between the lot of us the system works reasonably, but not always 100%.

I'm not talking about AM. AM has great customer service (in a way).
