And its a pretty small looking airport, so I'd guess US aswell. Some kinda regional airport?
Could that even be the Red River in Texas? :P
Just a stupid guess...but looks kinda similar colour.
If it is the Red River would it be Clarksville/Red River Airport?

My guess would be it's on the Mississippi, but I've searched a LARGE portion of it and did not find an airport that matched that outline.

Small question... Is that a north orientation?

It's not the Mississippi, it is North Orientation, not in the West. That's enough hints for now :P
