WOW! I was sure the US was going to be number 1. But nevertheless number 9 isn't anything to be proud about.

Where's Australia? I remember that an obese female staff picked me up at the gate in Sydney.

That doesn't necessarily mean that Australia would be high on that list- even though it is :P

NZ didn't do too well, at least I'm not fat :D

Unsurprisingly Japan wasn't even on the list- I want to live there so bad!

which makes them thin. fish has very little fat and it has beneficial omega three faty acids, which are good. (moms a doctor)

Omega 3 fatty acids have many different benefits, depending on the age and condition of a person. The main benefits are:

Increases in brain activity, especially benefitial to Memory.

Increases the brakedown rate of Fibrin (a blood clotting agent), therefore helping people at high risk levels of stoke and heart attacks through lowering blood pressure, going in hand with other heart conditions like Coronary Heart Disease, Arrhythmia and Tachycardia.

Its great to have a health-problem filled family to learn about these kind of things. It will go well with trying to get a degree in Medicine. just hope that I don't get all the same heart problems as ancestors on both sides (We all know that we will probably get CHD, but its just a fact of life and we have to make the most!)
ho said aviation sites were sexist?
