This is not entirely correct.

1) Flander and Walloon are incorrect. It's Flanders and Wallonia
2) The airports of Brussels are actually not inside the Brussels Capital Region.

Making this:

(21, 'Flanders') (21, 'Wallonia') (21, 'Brussels Capitol Region')
Flanders: 643, 1157, 2202
Wallonia: 660, 1469
