Oh, they're so close? I would never have imagined...

Jylland is nothing more than fields and highways. And a village here and there... :P

I agree. You get nice forests in one part, nice beaches in another part, a nice city in one corner, nice hills somewhere else, nice rivers/streams/lakes in a different place. Sjælland however is nice fields in the west, muddy fields and dirty roads in the south and suburbia in the east. And a big forest in the middle.

I went to a school for a year just outside Svendborg. It's a really nice area!

Our GPS sent us to Svendborg when we were going for dinner, and the dining area was full. It was a nice city, though. :)

The city centre in summer is wonderful; old, medieval town, but still small enough to be cozy

Jette's Diner is pretty good. They specialize in homemade burgers of all sorts (Beef, Chicken, Pork, Fish, Ostrich, Kangaroo etc.). Jensen's Bøfhus is okay. Under Uret just opposite Brugsen is the best though.
