This is probably only related when a part of an alliance.

Whenever trying to view your base's routes using the drop-down menu, you get the error message described as well as this one...

In addition, when trying to view your base's routes, it actually displays routes created using an alliance's bases.

When viewing "Alliance Routes", it displays every single route flowing from one of your bases.
