Oh... that thing was hard to not to mention. Anyway, I managed to do this :(
This way I'll go Su-27. Those military airplanes look just the same...

Nope, but close. Hint: It's the future backbone of the Russian AF.

VS, according to the news everything that was built later than MiG-3 is the 'future' for our AF :(
SU-35 then. At least some of modifications are about to reach the production...

Those airplanes were used to replace old Soviet's airliners (bought from Germany) back in... well, that's just enough information :)

No, it was soviet-built. And this wing was used by all but two airplanes, designed by this person. Sadly, most of them never reached the production.

Is it from one of the big bureaus (Antonov, Tupolev etc)?

Not really. They had some interesting projects, but they were nowhere near well-known or successful.
But... 260 airplanes built (of the model I've posted) was not that bad for 1930's airliner ;)

PS If needed, I can upload a few more photographs of this airplane tommorow

No, but they used similar (not the same) engines.

1)Ok, let's suppose it's soviet one. Is it correct?
2)That strange mass of metal at the background... Is it the part of the plane? If yes, i'll say it's Lun ecranoplane. Yes/No?
