Hi guys how can i change my main hub??

You can close it as with any base, if I'm not wrong.

Close all routes from the base you want to close.
Go to 'View Gates'
Click the button 'Close Base' in the middle, lower line.
Select the base(s) you want to close
Tadaa! You now have one less base!

You'll have to close it to open a new main base. Is there even a difference between the first bases you make, compared to the later ones?

Other continent because there are no big hubs anymore in the middle east. I already used Istanbul and Dubai

Not possible, you will need reset your airline.
