1. Limit for changing hub. There are in public world some big airlines that are moving from airport to airport only for reason to kill competitors in ranking routes. In W1609 RCAF changed hubs about 20 times.

2. Ignore list at aircraft and leasing market, that will not allow specific airlines to buy or lease planes  In real life you will not sell planes to your competitor. And for brokers will that allow to redistribute planes to more airlines, beacuse big airlines have tendcy to take all planes from market even they are not using them.

The base system was to prevent against that.

LOL

the current base system has a loophole. Mega-huge airlines seem to jump around with their secondary hubs to kinda kill competitors and smaller airlines. It is like a 100Billion vs. 100Million
