Title: [Fixed] Alliance bases not showing up

In PW#140 about 3/4 of my alliance member's bases do not show up in the View Alliance page and the Gate Search page.

I think this happens in the majority of the worlds. I hope it gets fixed fast, really starting to bother me!  ^-^

non of my alliance bases is showing on the advance gate search page, this is hurting my rev. as i have new aircraft coming in every 3 hrs and i can't assign them routes.

Only 1 aliance base, but I also have the bug.

We're looking into it, I'm having Stephen double check my research at the moment.  hopefully we'll have it patched soon.

Unfortunately, my work-work runneth over today and life just didn't materialize into AM time this evening as a result -_-.  sorry all.
