Hey, I haven't been into this game for a really long time, and I probably wont be able to get back into it for quite a while, I have been busy with school life and everything else, finals are coming up in a little more then a week, and I need to study like crazy mad soon, but I'm going through issues and have started a blog very recently (within the last few minutes)and I don't want more people at my high school reading it, but I do want someone reading it, if any of you get bored I would appreciate you reading it or w/e

Hi all!
I don't think I'll stay too long, maybe get started up in a world or two, but that's it.
Mostly because I've taken up speedcubing (28.51 seconds average :) ) which is quite addicting.

Worldair died like about a year ago! The forums were shut down about 6 months ago! Maybe there is a new alliance that take you. Unfortunately, this is the wrong forum for these kind of discussions.

The snow started falling in early November. The oceans started freezing early December. We had a lot of snow storms, and i almost had a flight cancelled due to one of the worst storms, on the 23rd. The snow didn't melt until april. All through January we had -10 or lower.

They only stopped building ships ;) Regular maintenance, conversions and such is still performed :) The ferry just needed a major overhaul. It is 20 years since she was launched, so off to the drydock she went. The interior was completely removed and replaced with a new modern interior. She got a new paintjob outside, inside and underside, and the railway tracks have been removed.
I was invited to come onboard for the trials to Göteborg today, but it was cancelled due to electrical problems :(

That was the first world (also the only one) I joined when I came back a week ago. I looks pretty fun, though I wouldn't recommend buying from the aircraft market yet unless you can afford the crapload of maintenance costs that come with very old aircraft. :P

I would suggest Doing it Big II (DiB II), but the 50 year long game only has six years left... Maybe when it is done you can join the 3rd version? It is quite fun to be there playing and petting your airline for so long.

Some airport numbers have been updated in Mexico, and the new aircraft from the last couple of years have been added.

Maybe PW2692, a long running world. It's not as active now as it used to be, but I'm resurrecting my airline there now. It's a nice place with friendly players and active world forum :)

I am back! Long summer, lots of flying. Unfortunately also a bunch of accidents :o First my nose gear collapsed during landing. Then a week later the landing gear wouldn't lock in place, and we had to make an emergency landing, luckily without a collapse. Then last week i suffered a complete electrical failure, and had to make an emergency landing in Ålborg. Stupid planes.

They also say that a pilot only experiences something like this once in his career, and most don't even experience it. I guess i broke the record with 3 accidents/incidents in 3 months :lol: On the positive side, I'm an expert in handling these things. 8)

Went to Dublin in March to fly the ATR-simulator at Sim-Tech. Went for my first ATR flight on saturday from EKCH to EKAH, with landing excercises at the destination. The most awesome aircraft ever!

Cimber doesn't have ATR anymore ;) In fact, the ATR I flew was a former Cimber plane now flying with DAT :P
My guess is it will be either Jet Time, DAT, Alsie, FlyBe, Braathens, ASL, Etihad, Precision or Swift air. Or Thomas Cook.

Doubt anyone remembers me, but I had the urge to come on AM again after many years. I started an airline from Cairo International, which was also my very first airline (before I realized how damn tough it is to operate out of Africa)! Reliving the good old days.
Couple quick questions:
1. Does any know what Stephan is up to these days? Does he still pop in here?
2. Anyone know how to view which older worlds you were previously a part of (nostalgia's getting the better of me)

Yes, it decreases your value by the price of the built terminal. But remember that the terminal costs 75% to maintain than renting gates :)
Did you try using another browser? New users are limited in their postings, but you have been a user for a while now
