Hi,

In this world I'm playing, there are suddenly new user registrations at above 800,000 registration (ID) number.

See screenshot, circled in red:

Is this normal?

Yeah, Stephen and I noticed. It doesn't break anything (other than being slightly annoying), so we decided it was easier to leave it be :)
