is it only me, or the time as not been changed..

i'm still in 20 May 2004, i should be in 21 may 2004. right?!

Possibly.  Quite possibly.

sorry about the inconvenience, typically if the date hasn't advanced, the rest hasn't.  The webhost was rebooting the server recently, i think pretty close to the hour (when the hrly script should have run). that's the likeliest cause.
