The Su-24 is a swing-wing side-by-side seat aircraft, so no.

No, the Su-17 is a swing-wing bomber with a nose-mounted intake ;)

Are you sure it's not one of -15's, like Su-15T, or -24 (M,MK,M2,MP, etc)?
If not... Well, was it mass-produced, or just a prototype?

Mass produced. It was sort of a Super Flagon (Su-15). Last one retired in 1996.

I am almost sure it is not the Douglas DC-3, but I'm gonna try guessing that.
