Hey there, hi there, ho there.

Alliances are done, for the time being at least.

Here's the quick rundown.

You can set up alliances, join them, leave them. any alliances with no members should be cleaned out naturally as i recall.

NEW and EXISTING features:

1. There's two membership types now, "Open" where anyone can join and have immediate access to everything, and "Restricted" where the members themselves must pass vote the player in (or reject them) collectively.
2. Improved details, such as founding date, founder, (eventually a logo).
3. The Founder has some limited CEO executive powers. at present it consists of the capacity of accelerating entry votes, there are a few small restrictions for this power (CEO is restricted to accelerating only the majority vote when over half the members have voted).
4. The capability of limited sharing of each other's hubs.  At present, you can set up an alliance to share between 0 and 25 routes (in 5 route increments).  these are shared alliance wide, so not all members are likely to get a lot of alliances each.
5. Alliance rankings cumulative, see who's members are the most valuable as a whole.

Future Features:

6. In the next age we're going to implement codeshares as an effect on demand, but again, it is not and will not be implemented immediately.
7. Alliance votes will be expanded, possibly even a new addition of membership types and the ability to change aspects of the alliance.

Yeah, i've got stephen on adding them somewhere into the menu at present.

www.airlinemogul.com/airlinemogul/create_alliance.php

i must remind all, that like last age. Creating and joining alliances is not free (in game).  Also, if you're not voted into an alliance with restricted membership, a portion of that deposit is returned.

and 48 hours for a vote to last, but 100% membership voting will accelerate the process (or CEO vote)

Max Base Routes = the amount of routes that alliance members can start at other member's bases.

Right, alliance menu is under admin, I'll get a page tomorrow together for alliance links etc on it and merge those 2 into 1. Also adding another link or 2.

For the routes, is it say 20 for each member per base, 20 for each member for all bases in total, 20 for each base for all member in total, or 20 for all member and all bases in total??
