It seems like it now removed prefixed zeroes, so any flight number starting with a zero will have them removed.

We are some players who enjoy taking an airline and grow it slowly to create a sense of natural progression and history.
The point of this post is to promote this world - it is always more fun with more people playing! The world will be as follows:
Created on last Saturday, 8th of May in European evening.
Runs from 1968 until today
Full world
DC-9-11 starting aircraft, will be changed as time progresses
20 bases
Frequent pruning of bankrupt and inactive airlines to reduce congestion
New flight block calculation for realistic flight times
New maintenance formula
Order books feature as the only world right now
Improved lease mechanichs - introducing Lease-to-Own!

From Atlanta the A319 is quite adequate for all the tiny airports. Maybe even the A320.

This world is nearing the end. Thank you, everyone, for making it such an enjoyable world!
New features are in the pipeline for AM, I expect them to be ready in a few weeks - just in time for a reboot of this world! These features will make aircraft leases much more attractive, among other things.
I look forward to join you in the next instance of this world! Expected creation is the beginning of May.

So... Late reply, I know, but:
I try to keep the ticket price between 200 and 300, which means A320-sized aircraft are most useful (B737-800, MD80, Tu-204). As an example, a route from a 30m airport to a 1m airport would definitely be an A320, while a route from a 15m airport to a 1m airport would probably be a 100-seater instead (E190, CRJ-1000, Fokker 70). Smaller airports would typically be served by 40-70 seater turboprops on my airlines.

That is an ever tricky distinction with airports. Do we set them to their actual location, or do we set them to the city they serve?
The purpose of having an airport "located" in a city is to make it easy for the player to find airports serving specific cities or see all the airports serving one city. That is why we have located KDCA in Washington DC rather than Arlington, since its main purpose is to serve Washington DC. There are other examples elsewhere, like London, Stockholm, Tokyo, and so on. As with many things, this is a compromise due to the current state of the game and the expected future direction of the game.

Thanks! We will take a look at it. Standard AM procedure is to set passenger numbers to 0 so that the airport can still be used in historical context.
