Algiers only serves around 3mil every year.

Your source is very poor. It is obvious that it is not the official airport. Please make sure you are using a reliable website, preferrably either a local Aviation Authority, Country Statistics Organisation, other Government website or the official airport website.

They had 3,814,555 passengers last year, which is the type of figure we need instead of "Around X mil".

They actually served what the database shows.... make sure your sources are better ;)
