I think the newest SimCity has the potential to the a worthy successor, but they really screwed it up this time.

Hello, Bob :D

B0C

I saw one of my friends play it, I wonder why they made the city tiles so far away from each other - and so small!

Hello, Boc..? 8)

I have the game myself, and I really liked it, but it was really boring when I had expanded the city out as far as possible. And it didn't take too much time to fill up the tiles, unlike the previous versions where it could a loooong time before the tiles are full.

Try out Cities XL, I find it more interesting than SC4 - the only drawback is that it has no railroads...

Hmmm, maybe I should. This picture certainly looks very interesting:

Give it a try, the best thing is that the roads (and thus everything else) can be placed freely in any direction. Better graphics is also a plus, and the maps are huge compared to SC4.

I suppose the price for Cities XL went up after the disastrous launch of SC2013. I saw a price graph for SimCity 4 on Amazon (i think), and the price went from something like $7 to $16 right after the launch.

I have Cities in Motion 1. I just can't bother to buy the new one, as the old one is waaaay to slow on my machine. I prefer Traffic Giant, even though it is more than ten years old...

Cities in Motion looks cool, but it's not something I'm really bothered with. Maybe I'l try the demo once. (if there is one ofc) :P
