Title: Train crash inGermany

Just seen pictures of the scene and it looks bad at least 8 dead and over 50 injured.

Trains hit cars all the times at level crossings, but luckily big accidents like this one are not common. I wonder what was the reason if it was the safety system that failed

Yes they kill people all the time, a train a few months ago left without a operator and killed someone. Seems like the trains collided head on.
