We have, he just doesn't want to admit it! (around the revolutionary war!) which reminds me of a joke...

A Pan Am 727 waiting for start clearance in Munich overheard the following:
Lufthansa (in German): "Ground, what is our start clearance time?"
Ground (in English): "If you want an answer you must speak in English."
Lufthansa (in English): "I am a German, flying a German airplane, in Germany. Why must I speak English?"
Unknown voice from another plane (in a British accent): "Because you lost the bloody war!"

Since this is a typo thread, why is a Pan Am 727 in Munich? Bit out if a 727's range? :P
There are a few spelling errors, mostly just the smaller airport names. Is there a way we can help change them?

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but the continent lists (and nearly every other reference to continents) has a spelling mistake for Australasia.

On AM, it is spelt Australiasia, but in reality, it's Australasia.
6: Koruconnect - NZM - Australasia - Sky World Global Alliance - No longer operational
W8: Bluebird - DJI - Australasia
Global AM ID: 8834

Pan Am used to serve West Berlin from a number of West German airports as LH was not allowed to fly there during the Cold War.

Back to typos: Paris Charles de Gaulle spells with a double "L"

From '45 to '91 only the allied countries (GB, SU, US, Fr) had the right to fly into Berlin. So instead of using Lufthansa as a Westerner going there you had to take airlines like BA, AF or Pan Am.

The "Miscelaneous Revenues" and "Miscelaneous Expense" on the Operations Department page should be "Miscellaneous". Also, should that be "Expenses" (plural), as I assume there are multiple expenses.

Airport Names:
Abakhan: change to Abakan
Liepaya: change to Liepaja
Helsink-Malmi: change to Helsinki-Malmi
Saarmelleek: change to Sarmellek
Karlovy: change to Karlovy Vary
Clermont: change to Clermont-Ferrand
(KV and CF-Airports: The cities have names that consist of two parts, the second part is not a denominator of the airport)

Also: Blue Danube Airport Linz: Make it just Linz
Bolzano: change to Bolzano/Bozen (as the province is bi-lingual)
And most of your Ukraine airports are in the DB with their russian name, better change them to the current names:
Lvov -> L'viv
Kharkov Osnova -> Kharkiv
Kiev Borispol -> Kiev Boryspil // Kyyv Boryspil'
Odessa -> Odesa
