I have a handful of small planes leased out to airlines that aren't using them at all or are inactive. Is there anyway I can recall them in order to sell or lease them to someone who will use them?

As long as they are leased out, you get the money. It's not possible to cancel a lease though, you will have to wait until the lease ends or the lessee closes the lease.

What happens to leased out aircraft if an airline who is using the leased aircraft gets kicked/banned/account erased for inactivity? Do the aircraft come back to the owner, or do they just disappear, and the owner loses the aircraft and the revenue/loss of use/recuperating selling price upon getting the aircraft back?
