Which airline is the launch customer for: the 787-9 (North America), the 777-200LR (North America), and the 777-300ER (global)?+

Also: which airline will be the only US-based airline to operate the A340-300?

And true or false: SN Brussels Airlines will not join the star alliance.
And another true or false: Lufthansa owns a 24% stake in jetBlue.
And another true or false*: Asiana Airlines placed an order for 30 A350's about two months ago.
And another true or false: there exists an Aeroplan (Air Canada)-branded American Express card available in the US.

What percentage of Virgin Atlantic Airways is owned by another airline? And by which airline?

+Hint: three different airlines, and they're all SkyTeam members.
*Because they're so fun, right?

Oops, now it's like an airline trivia quiz. Oh well. :P

What major legacy carrier announced third quarter losses?

Other than Singapore Airlines, what are the other major airlines with only widebody fleets?

What US Legecy airline is currently under speculation for purchasing/leasing the 787/A350?

and.... What are all the scheduled international flights out of Seattle-Tacome International airport SEA/KSEA? (Including Mexico, Canada, and seasonal flight?) You get a bonus if you can name the airlines that fly the route to! (This also inculdes flights planned, but without government approval)

True or false: there is a new railroad in the works that can link London and New York in just under an hour. This train would travel at about 6,000-8,000 kph.

Delta DID go bankrupt. Chapter 11 in 2006-2007. So did Northwest, but I don't remember the year. Air Canada did too.

At least: Lufthansa, Iberia, Air France and British Airways. There could be more.

Next question: Which airline recently announced they would start flights to Turku (Finland)?

Heaps of airlines do that all over the world. Makes you wonder why people pay so much for business class tickets, when the seats aren't any different anyway...

You have to wait for the last person to post a question that isn't you and say that the person/people who answered the question for that question and then the person with the right answer will get to ask a question. In the meantime you can try and answer Seattle's question and try to get it right. :D
