cargo is complex?  It is a box, does not eat, drink, quarrel, sleep, argue, snore, delay and on and on. Easy as pax, instead of 100,000 pax, you have 100,000 kgs of cargo and you have a/c with capacity in Kgs instead of seats. I agree however that the data is hard to come by, the rest of your argument does not hold water 777

Its not quite as simple as that!
Where do you get the cargo data for every airport in AM?
How do you work out pricing formulae for the cargo?
Then theres the task of updating the aircraft list and putting in aircraft with cargo capacities!

Its not an overnight job, so don't expect it anytime soon...

The way 99% of the current ones got on there was simply using the AM IRC Channel.

What if we don't have IRC? :wink:

Use the new chat feature under the admin section in AM :wink:

BTW, what do you get out of being a beta tester? Apart from getting to try all the new stuff out before everyone else?

It was a joke, becuaseI really want their to be an IE8   I sometimes use Fire Fox... buts thats only once a month.

There is and IE8 beta floating around somewhere on the Microsoft site, and as with all the other internet explorer browsers that preceded IE8, it is crap! :shock:  Its basically just IE7 with a new GUI

lol I just dont have the attention span to sit down and solve a Rubiks Cube, I and up throwing it at something or picking the cubes out and rearranging them! :x
My friend can do them really quickly though (faster than most people atleast)
He knows some mathematical way of getting 1 face to another place, and can therefore fiqure one out very quickly!

I agree, don't ever start at your favourite airport, unless its something big like Atlanta or Chicago...
I started in Auckland in W8, and I've expanded to most of New Zealand already, and I've still only got a DOP of $150,000
So ill need to open another base in either Wellington or Christchurch soon to increase my DOP....

The problem with starting in an airport in another country is that you don't know any of the airports there, and its very hard to find an airport within range of your aircraft. I would love to start in the U.S, but I don't know any of the airports around there except for the major cities like LA, SF, NY etc...
