Something strange here. How can you have a route from Lisbon to JFK , with any of the following equipment:

beech B99, DHC-6-300, HS-748E or PacAero Learstar Mk I

Is there a bug in the system or "cheat" trick we can all use?

I am wondering if there are "cheat" shortcuts that is not know to all?

Anyone?

Thanks,

Happy New Year!

Maybe they row the rest of the way, once the plane runs out of fuel and range???

Pretty strange though

You mean someone's doing it already? Shame, I was planning on launching it myself.

The PacAero Learstar Mk I seems to have enough range: http://www.probertencyclopaedia.com/cgi-bin/res.pl?keyword=Learstar&offset=0

There is NO ONE on that route.

A PacAero Learstar Mk I CAN make that route. It has enough range.

This is not a bug.

And there is NO CHEATS in AM.

Thanks for that link mg35pt..

Though, i do find it strange someone would try to fly routes like these at the moment, considering the limiting options available depending on ur DOP... im guessing he makes some money.. but not much.. be interesting to find out actually

Well, I dind't see anyone actually flying that route... yet.

Still, I've been playing this game for like 3 days (I'm training to become a noob   ) and, even though I already read some advice against going on this kinds of long-haul routes so early, I'm still tempted. Thing is, I'm playing for fun. It would be a cool thing. True, it would do nothing to bring me out of the obscure ranking I'm stuck at, but the beauty of Air Mogul is you can set your own objectives and have fun playing the way you like. :D

That is the spirit! It is exactly the way I play the game. I set my own goals and objectives and try to have fun. I leave the winning to other people.

It doesn't mean that I won't be hard on people competing with me though ;)

Amen to that. I think u just enjoy the game, it makes it more interesting, than just focusing on goals and objectives round after round. Plus, taking a bit of a break from a normal winning routine is good too

That's the Spirit, play to have fun. I also set my own objectives. And assure you it will help you when you need to update routes. You dont need to win is just having fun and making friends.

Ok

I need to correct myself, the route is from  Palma de Mallorca to JFK

the freq is .5

Now I see how it can be done with a PacAero Learstar Mk I, so the route is possible.

Learn something everyday,

Thanks

That's Bruno doing the route. Mhh I might consider asking him if he makes money.
