How is the on board service worked out? Say we set the price for a snack at five euro how many pax per flight purchase these? Does it depend on flight duration?!

I have no idea what formula is used but it seems like the price resulting in the highest profit is something around €24.
What is chiefly needed is skill rather than machinery.
